Program Without Walls

Alliance Supports Corp provides “programming without walls.”   We are not limited by the confines of a structure.  Our objective is to break down the “walls” of misconception about developmental disabilities.  Some walls have been erected by the community’s generalized misunderstandings of developmental disabilities.  Others have been constructed by an individual’s lack of knowledge and interaction. Even our program participants based on their personal life experiences and beliefs in what they can accomplish have built walls around themselves. 

Alliance Supports strives to change the perception that people with developmental disabilities only need to be recipients of local resources and services.  Instead we attempt to break down these barriers through activities which focus on giving back to our community.  Through our commitment to delivering Meals on Wheels, volunteering at The Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida, and organizing monthly food drives we are building a better foundation for ourselves and our community.
